Learning to teach students of all levels with safe, supportive, trauma-sensitive class sequences.

As part of this course, you have 6 available sessions with a Yoga Therapist or seasoned Yoga Teacher where you can embark on your own healing journey and/or receive more personalized guidance around teaching and building a career.

Your mentor might ask about your history and your goals for your personal practice and teaching. They may provide customized suggestions for physical practices, breath work, meditation, or lifestyle changes to help you find more safety & ease in your body & mind.

Course tuition is $3250. Tuition includes 3 months of unlimited online yoga.

A non-refundable registration fee of $650 holds your spot, and will be applied to the total tuition cost.

An additional 4 consecutive payments of $650 will be charged monthly on the date of your choosing.

That’s fine! Many students of yoga choose to take a Teacher Training for personal transformation. In truth, the best teachers also start out as students who learn to apply these tools and practices in their own lives before sharing them with others.

Trainees love being able to share the gifts of yoga with their family and friends, even if they never teach a “formal” class.

Even if you never plan to teach, this training can truly change your life by providing wisdom you can apply in any circumstances and by connecting you with supportive community you’ll stay in touch with for years to come!

You are always welcome to join the next round of training for the content you miss.

If you are unable to stay for a full class due to emergency, vacation, or other personal needs, you may watch a recording of the class and schedule a 1 -hr make-up to review the material with a mentor for $75. If multiple students miss the same day, you can coordinate your makeup session together and split this cost.

You are able to miss 1 session without a makeup.
