In this course, we will examine the inner workings of these 4 chapters, and discuss how they can be applied in our relationships and day-to-day lives. Learn about this ancient philosophy that offers incredibly relevant solutions to human suffering today.

CHAPTER 1: Samadhi-Padah
This chapter is written for the student with a stable mind who still experiences some obstacles. Here we learn the definition of yoga, discuss the nature of the mind, understand the difference between yoga & religion, and the review the benefits of meditation.

CHAPTER 2: Sadhana-Padah
This is where the work truly begins for the new, struggling student. This chapter presents the most tangible tools of yoga, and it reminds us that yoga is a practice of action and consistency. Here we’ll discover what clouds the mind and learn the broad spectrum of tools that can bring clarity.

CHAPTER 3: Vibhuti-Padah
Here is where we also address a student with a clearer mind, but a different set of obstacles! This chapter explores the benefits of meditation further, which might include various special skills. It also comes with a warning not to let the gifts you might receive distract you from your goal.

CHAPTER 4: Kaivalya-Padah
What is described in this final chapter will likely only become familiar to sages and wise teachers near the end of their yoga journey. This section discusses transformation, and the deep conditioning that will affect future generations. The good news is that in the end… there is freedom.
